In-Person Training

Everybody has their own vision of optimal health and fitness, and there are millions of ways of achieving each one. Rather than train you how I train myself, I take time to sit down with you prior to training and discuss your own ideal health and fitness goals, as well as how you’d like to go about achieving them.

Pricing varies on how frequently you can commit to letting me help you towards your goals:

1x/week: $140/session

2x/week: $130/session

3+/week: $120/session

My dedication to my craft is to confidently train anyone with any feasible goal in mind. First, we assess where you currently are through your medical, workout, and diet history and discuss methods of slowly improving these elements over time for sustainable long-term results. We then begin to establish fundamental movement patterns and gradually increase the difficulty of exercises not just with weight load, but manipulating other variables, like increased range of motion, stability, multi-dimensional movements, and other various forms of resistance changes. No matter what path of training we take, I continuously build upon fundamentals learned previously and consistently deliver a tailored workout program that is not only physically and mentally challenging, but always achievable and enjoyable at the end of the day.

Billing is booked in advance monthly. There is a firm 24-hour cancellation policy, which will allow you to reschedule any session in that time frame to a date/time within the following week that does not stack on top of another session.
