If you are reading this, I am very pleased to welcome to you my brand new website and blog!  This platform will be my hub to write and discuss about numerous health and fitness topics as well as my own daily practices, including but not limited to: workouts, diet, lifestyle, and mental strategies that help keep myself accountable to the values I hold. Everything I talk about that is data driven will always have linked resources to help you, the reader, see the raw information yourself and understand how I break it down later in my posts.  I don’t believe in giving anything that is speculation more of just that, but rather understanding why certain trends and fads in the health and fitness industry are the way they are, and providing factual evidence on whether it works or not.

As a Private Personal Trainer, I have to thank my clients and the small group of people I directly influence for the motivation of making this website, blog, and soon-to-be podcast (coming soon!), for I thought if I can steer my clients in the right directions, maybe I can spread my influence farther through the internet (yay future).  Health and fitness has genuinely been one of my strongest passions my entire life, this website and blog is currently giving me nothing in return other than the satisfaction of providing useful information for other people as well as encouraging me to find the information and learning it myself.
